SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship your HeatShields by our preferred carrier, UPS.   UPS Ground service is our standard shipping method unless otherwise specified at the time that you submit your online order.  In that case, we are able to ship your HeatShields by UPS 3rd, 2nd and Next Day expedited service levels. 

We charge straight UPS published rates, based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

Lead Time

Almost all orders are shipped in the next 1-2 business days following your online order.  You will receive a friendly e-mail confirmation if you give us your e-mail address.   The HeatShields are shipped via UPS Ground (unless another shipping option is chosen) from California so it may take 5-7 business days to arrive to our East Coast customers, 3-4 business days to arrive to our Midwest customers and 2-3 business days to arrive to our Southwest customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING—Outside Continental US
(Includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada)

We can ship your HeatShield outside the continental United States.  In order to ship your HeatShield to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or abroad, you must contact us via e-mail in order to place your order.   We will have to calculate international shipping rates for your order when we respond to your e-mail.
